Executive Assistant

Executive Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.

Social Media Marketing and Management:

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Create compelling content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics.

Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and competitor activities to optimize marketing campaigns.

Respond to inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives.

Sales Support:

Assist in sales activities related to accounting services and software, including lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management.

Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client information and sales activities.

Accounting Services and Software:

Possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and software tools.

Provide assistance in promoting accounting services and software to potential clients.

Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services to clients.

Support clients in navigating and utilizing accounting software, providing guidance and troubleshooting when needed.

Must Have
