Responsibilities:
- System Integration: Assist in integrating different software systems and components to ensure seamless operation and data flow.
- ERP Implementation Support: Collaborate with the team to assist clients in implementing ERP solutions, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Customer Support: Provide technical assistance to customers during the implementation process, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that arise.
- Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation related to system integration, ERP implementations, and customer support processes.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities to ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of integrated systems and ERP modules.
- Research and Analysis: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to system integration and ERP implementations. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential improvements or optimizations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
